Christine Marie Laganga

She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on May 13, 1927 the daughter of the late Alois Gorsik and Helen Malko Gorsik also was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Vincent Laganga and her brother,

Henry and her sisters, Jean, Irene, Adele, Helen, Arline and grandson John, Jr..

Christine loved to travel and spending time with her family. She was a devout member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Scotch Plains, NJ for over fifty years until moving to Southport and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Surviving are her two daughters, Lynn Lubanski, and husband Ed of Toms River, NJ and Lois Pantaleo and husband, John of Southport, NC; three sisters, Sonnie, Marie and Leona; four grandchildren, Tiffanie, Thomas and wife, Lesley, Andrea and husband, Jeff and Daniel and wife, Brittany; eight-great-grandchildren, Kyle, Jake, Clay, Ryan, Hayden, Alexandra, Nicholas and Annette.

A Funeral Mass will be offered at a later date in Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
