Mrs. Jackson was born March 14, 1936 in Delhi, Louisiana, daughter of the late Joseph and Maggie Hudgins. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Benton.
Survivors include her three children, Elaine Rees and husband Dwane, Dixie Drew and husband Rusty, and Dale Jackson and wife Tana; five grandchildren, Keven Elwood and wife Sierra, Ashley Elwood, Kristin Kemery and husband Jeff, Kameka Kraft and husband Jeremy, and Kameron Rees and wife Rachel; eight great-grandchildren, Elijah, Alexander, Matthew, Aubrey, Jackson, Oliver, Sofia, and Nolan; and a sister, LV Green.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Dale Jackson; a son, David Lee Jackson; and a sister, Helen.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Louisiana Baptist Children's Home, 7200 Desiard Street, Monroe, LA 71203.
