Patsy was born in Washington D.C. on March 18, 1951to William and Jaqueline Donnelly.
Patsy attended Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, Md.and graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fl. She worked in the Financial Services industry in Boston for most of her career. Patsy moved to Southport in 2010 where she continued her love of the beach and the ocean. She also enjoyed a good adventure and loved traveling around the world. Patsy loved her family and friends and enjoyed nothing more than sitting down and sharing a “good belly laugh” with them.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Jackie Donnelly; and her older brother, Charlie.
She is survived by her husband, Paul (Barney) Doherty; two stepsons, Peter Doherty and his wife Carmen and Robert Doherty; and grandchildren Julieta and Jack. Patsy is also survived by her sister, Eileen; sister-in-law, Judy; brothers, Billy, Brian, and Danny; and several nieces and nephews.
According to Patsy’s wishes there will not be any service.
