Wallace Lee Rueckel, born on February 23, 1944, in Columbus, Ohio, passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 81. He was a resident of Southport, North Carolina (St. James Plantation).
The family of Mr. Rueckel will hold a Remembrance and Celebration of his life on February 20th 2026 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the The Homer E. Wright Event Center - formerly named St. James Community Center.
