 I'm sorry to hear about your mother.I was just thinking about you since Saturday was my 45 year anniversary of my Bar-Mitzvah you made possible.

Dear Joel,Cindy and Family-
  Those of us who were lucky enough to come to know Bea share your sorrow. 
She was a beautiful person, a devoted wife, loving mother and very proud Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Her many interests made her a delight to be with whether discussing news of the day or her latest book. I will always remember the many good times we shared together, from Passover in your home to cookouts at mine  to quiet chats in the living room at both. Her presence will be greatly missed in our extended family, but she  will always  have a place in our hearts.

Dear Joel, Cindy, Jonathan, Josh, Rachael, James, Adam and Danielle -

My thoughts and love are with you during this trying time.  Bea was a wonderful woman.  I will always remember our conversations about how much she loved her family and how happy she was that she lived to see great-grandchildren.  We also talked a lot about the latest books that we read and she made some wonderful recommendations to me about what I SHOULD  be reading!  I truly appreciated her sense of humor and her frequent bon mots.  She was an original and will never be forgotten.
