I cannot believe it is already four years sincve we lost cousin Bonnio. May her memory be for a blessing!

I'd known Bonnie for well over twenty years - from the time she'd first started dating John through their wedding, and now her passing.

I was saddened to learn of her losing her valiant battle for health, and I wish John nothing but the best in dealing with his loss and keeping her memory close to his heart.

I'll remember Bonnie for her passion for the music of Elvis Presley, her hobby of belly dancing, her dedication to her brother Myron through all of his health issues and for her love and loyalty to John.

May her eternal rest be peacful, knowing she was greatly loved.

Our grandfathers Barnet and Jacob Silverman were half-brothers. Our mothers, Anne Silverman Kirschner and Ethel Silverman Groveman, were first cousins. We were second cousins. As youngsters, our families visited each other frequently. I will always remember the trolley car rides from Brownsville to Canarsie. There was a long pause before we reconnected via email and phone calls in FL. It has been 14 years since we met at Ann Silverman Orkin’s funeral and shiva. Time passed and we discussed and wrote about family relationships. It has been a while since our last contact but the memories of Bonnie Lee, her brother Myron, and her parents, Ethel and Sid, all of blessed memory, will always remain with me. My condolences to her husband, John, and other surviving family members and friends. May Bonnie Lee’s memory be for a blessing!
