Charlotte Ann Skinner-Tilson, 85, died, at home surrounded by her loving family on August 2, 2014. She was born in Little Falls, NJ and lived in Sparta, NJ from 1962-1989 before moving to Hampton Township, NJ. She was a member of the Charlottes’ Web poetry group. Charlotte is predeceased by her husband Herbert Skinner. She is survived by her beloved husband Bernard Tilson; her three sons: Pierce Skinner and his wife Kathy; Todd Skinner and his wife Diane and Carl Skinner and his wife Cindy. Charlotte is also survived her loving grandchildren: Ross, Grace, Heather, Kristine, Nicole, Julia, Alexandra, Carl Jr. and Chase. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to: Defenders of Wildlife, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, 1700 Hawk Mountain Rd., Kempton, PA 19529-9379. The Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta is in charge of private arrangements.
