I will never forget the first day Fred walked into my office with his resume in hand.   I'm sure Fely was waiting patiently in his car in the lot. I never would have thought that on this day was the start of a friendship between not only Fred and myself but also between Fely and my wife Kim. We have truly been blessed by that friendship and all that it means to have true friends.   We will miss him dearly, especially the warm smile he always had everytime we saw him.
