Laurie Marie DiCianni

Laurie Marie DiCianni, 58, passed away on November 27, 2017. Laurie was born in Denville, New Jersey and was a resident of Sparta for 25 years before moving to Hackettstown, NJ 5 years ago. For 15 years she was a caring youth minister at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Sparta, NJ. She loved music, singing and corny jokes, but most of all she loved her friends and family. Laurie is survived by her beloved mother Kathie Jones; devoted children: Corey Hennings and his wife Renee of Franklin, NJ, David DiCianni of Sparta, NJ and Marc DiCianni also of Sparta. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren; Winston and Desmond; sister of: Anne Rettig and her husband Dave, Fred LaParo and his wife Loretta, June Flyntz and her husband John and Kathleen Armstrong and her husband George. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am Friday, December 1, 2017 at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 Sparta Ave, Sparta, NJ. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Tranquility, NJ.
