The Washington State Veterans Cemetery extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Gerald D. Mitchell for your loss, to honor his service to our country and our patriotic hero.

Dad our Saturday spent together will always be a wonderful memory!  I will always remember our parting time as I told you to take care of yourself, and you responded with your usual "jump rope antics".  This is and will always be a great visual to hold on to, and that will bring comfort and laughter!  Know that I love you and that you will be greatly missed!  You will always hold a special place in my heart!
