

She was born on April 7, 1939, in Colfax, Washington, to Loran and Annabel Eisele.
Janet graduated from West Valley High School in 1957 and went on to work for the ASCS office in Spokane, where she dedicated 30 years of service before retiring.
Janet shared 46 loving years of marriage with her husband, Randolph J. Collins. Together they owned and operated Heart and Dilatash Pharmacy in downtown Spokane from 1989 to 2005. In retirement, Janet and Randy enjoyed traveling the country in their motor home and cheering on Washington State University football, Randy’s alma mater.
Janet found great joy in gardening, traveling, and most of all in spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she shared with those around her.
She is survived by her sister, Christina Dugan of Wenatchee, Washington; her brother, Mervyn Eisele of Spokane Valley, Washington; her children Jeff Moore, Kristina Wegner, Cheri Hobbs, and Steve Moore, all of Spokane Valley; four grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Janet Was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Randolph Collins; her parents, Loran and Annabel Eisele; her brother, Laury Eisele; and her son-in-law, Rick Hobbs.
A graveside service will be held at Riverside/Ione Cemetery in Ione, Washington, on Saturday, March 21, and 2:00 p.m.
Janet’s love for her family, her quiet strength, and the life she shared with Randy will be cherished and remembered always.
