

Jessica Leslie Williams, 45, of Spokane Valley, Washington, passed away on May 15th, 2025, after a courageous four-year battle with metastatic melanoma. Jessica was born on October 12th, 1979, in Spokane, Washington, to Kevin and Cari Williams. She was the eldest of three siblings and grew up in Spokane Valley, where she built a life rooted in love, creativity, and service to others.
Jessica dedicated her career to working with children with special needs in the Central Valley School District. Her compassion, patience, and unwavering belief in every child’s potential left a lasting impact on countless students, families, and colleagues. She was a protector at heart, firm in her support of those she loved and always ready to advocate for others.
She was also known for her artistic spirit. Jessica brought creativity and care into everything she did. She had an eye for detail and a heart that poured love into even the smallest gestures. Jessica was passionate about health and fitness. She was a bikini competitor who spent nearly every day in the gym. Fitness wasn’t just a hobby, it was a part of her lifestyle that reflected her motivation and hard work. She took pride in pushing herself to be an example of strength and inspiration to many, especially her daughters.
Jessica is survived by her daughters, Jaden and Jarah Olmstead; her partner, Brice Wyant; her mother, Cari Williams; her brothers, Kris Williams (husband, Alonzo Williams) and Sean Williams (wife, Tami Brining-Williams), her niece and nephew, Maeve and Finn, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 12th, 2025, from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM at CenterPlace Regional Event Center, 2426 N Discovery Pl, Spokane Valley, WA 99216. All who knew and loved Jessica are welcome to attend.
Jessica will be remembered for her strength, generosity, and the lasting light she brought to those around her. Her presence was a gift of kindness, laughter, and inspiration. She touched all who knew and loved her, and her impact will never be forgotten.
