I will miss you my teacher, my mentor, my friend and most of all my Dad. All those great years in the woods and on the water together, i will remember always, that big smile on your face at the 'one that got away,' not a big competitor nor braggart, just being out there with 'your son' was the biggest thing that brought you joy. Even in the last years of your declining health, you still loved me more it seemed than before, that's when i know you truly loved me 'unconditionally' more than anything. I remember during your illness, how we both apologized to each other for some of the things we did to each other. Human, yes we were Dad, however in the end i praised your acts of love and most of all, the thing we all need, 'forgiveness.' Mom is still here and misses you most of all, after all, 61 years is a long time to be in love and then her not being by your side, hopefully 'we' can all pull together now and in the immediate future and help and support her the best way we can, in closing Dad, may your spirit fly high and be free like the beautiful butterfly in the sky, always knowing that we will see you someday. Loving prayers of peace to Caryl, Florence, and all of John's family at this sad time. John is truly missed yet remembered forever. My family is blessed to have known him. Our hearts are with everyone at this sad time, God Bless to all.

So Sorry to hear about John.

We had many happy times with John and Caryl when we all attended Veradale, WA congregation.

Morris and I and John and Caryl went to lunch at Golden Corral many Sundays and laughed a lot.

John was always there when we needed him.  A real brother and friend.
