Violet Gladys Miller fell asleep in death on September 28, 2013. Violet loved to travel the world. She collected many things like matchbooks, pens, and coffee cups. She lived with her husband and 3 girls at their farm in Davenport. Her three wonderful daughters include, Carol Crossman, Sherri Kendrick, and Debbi Meinema. There are 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She survived her husband Edwin Miller who died in 1985 and her brother Alvin Schmierer who died in 1996. Violet was born on July 9, 1920 in Odessa, WA to Emanuel and Bertha Schmierer. A Graveside service will be held Friday Oct. 4, 2013 at 2:00pm at The Odessa Cemetery.
