

June Was born January 12, 1929, in Cascade Idaho. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
June was a talented and creative individual who loved to crochet, often making beautiful things for her friends and family. She had a kind and compassionate nature with a nurturing heart and when you would come to stay at her home, she greeted you with “are you hungry”? June also had a humorous side to her and would often say funny things without thinking before she spoke. She was the type of person who could befriend anyone and was often a comfort and advice giver to her family and friends and often to a stranger she met while on one of her many adventures. June also had a remarkable way of telling stories about her life experiences, often repeating them many times over. Her loved ones will forever cherish each and every memory she shared with them.
June is survived by her daughters Jamie Danielson and Linda Bercier, along with Jamies husband Dan Danielson, her eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and eight great, great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her husband Raymond Middlemas, her daughter Brenda Wilson, her brother James Matteson, her sister Renee Yager and her parents Charles and Ina Matteson.
A celebration of life will take place March 10, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA
June will be remembered for her warm and creative spirit, and the love she shared with her family and friends and her legacy will live on through the cherished memories she leaves behind.
