Albert Garcia (age 73) passed away July 2, 2012 in Spokane as a result of an accident. He was born February 28, 1939 in Nespelem, WA and lived in Northeastern Washington all his life. He worked several years as a plumber for the Spokane Tribe, and loved fishing and hunting. He is survived by his former wife, Ella Garcia; five children, Selenias Tanner, Roberto Garcia, Albert Garcia, Jose Garcia, Antonio Garcia; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, four brothers, Phil Garcia, Ted Garcia, Louie Garcia and Pedro Garcia. A Wake will begin at 11:00 am on Friday, July 6, 2012 at the Longhouse in Wellpinit. The funeral will be at 11:00 am on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the Longhouse, followed by burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Wellpinit.
