Betty was born April of 1928 in Flagler, Colorado to George and Fern Baxter. She is survived by her sons, Ray and Mick Philpott; her daughter, Pamela Kiehn; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis O. Carlisle in 2007.
A funeral service for Betty will be held at Ball and Dodd Funeral, on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11:00AM. Her final resting place will be
Fairmount Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Spokane.
