Debbie was a lifetime Spokane resident. She passed away on April 19, 2017. Debbie was born in 1954 to Dale Klump and Ginger Strong. She married in April 1976. She and her husband, Larry, had three daughters, and they later divorced in 2005. She worked hard to support her family. Debbie’s first job was at Burger Basket then she worked in their convenience store. She spent twenty-two years at Dellen and Pristine Pine; and then worked for six years at Huntwood Custom Cabinets before taking a Medical Retirement in 2015. Mom loved to go camping, take boat rides around the lake, and drive to St. Mary’s up to the St. Joe. She also enjoyed riding on the back of their motorcycle, and cruising around Coeur d’Alene in the Jeep. Mom attended football, basketball, baseball games and concerts at her grandchildren’s school. She was so proud of them. She loved her family and friends. Debbie is preceded in death by her father, Dale Klump, brother, Donald Klump, and her stepdad, Sam Strong. She is survived by her mother, Ginger Strong; brothers, Ron (Debby), and Tom (Wendy) Klump; sister, DJ (Jeff) Hunt; daughters, Angela (Ronnie), Tanya (John), and Leisha; stepmom, June Klump; stepbrothers, Dave (Joan) Cram, and Chuck Cram; and stepsister KC (Paul); and the four other children in her life whom she loved, Shelly, Mike, Tara, and Stephen; and of course all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The funeral service for Debbie will be held on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 11:30am in the Sunset Chapel at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley Ave., Spokane, WA 99205.
