Joseph was born Sept 10th 1940 in Acra NY and passed away peacefully at home in Mead, Washington on Oct 17th 2011.
Joe was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and camping.
He served two tours in Vietnam in the United States Navy as a Sea Bee.
He was the son of Arlington and Evelyn Richards of Cairo NY. He is survived by his wife Linda and his sons, Arlington (Kim) and Scott (Ashley) and his 5 Grandchildren; Andrea (Adam), Bryan, Zachary, Jacob, and Mathew.
Memorial services will be held 10:30 AM Monday the 24th of October at the Washington State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Medical Lake Washington.
