I just found this. My mom Patricia Wright worked with Mary for years and often thought of her as a daughter. Mom died over 10 years ago would have been heartbroken to hear of Mary’s passing I also worked with Mary for a few years. She was a good friend. I sure wish I had known about this a long time ago. I met Mary when I went to work for INHS. She was my Manager and quickly became not only a friend, but a mentor, a cheerleader, a source of encouragement and a fan of my son, Moses. 
I could always count on Mary to be honest with me and quick with a word of advice or encouragement.. always willing to listen.. always willing to make time for me, even with deadlines and emails stacking up in her email inbox.
Her faith in God ran deep. I know that I will see Mary again.. in a much better place than this. But in the meantime, we will miss her.. and it will hurt our hearts.
To Sandra and Karen: Thank you for being such wonderful sisters to Mary. She loved you both so very much.
To Tom: If I had a dollar for every Tom, Millie and Sadie story I have heard over the years.. :) She loved you deeply. Thank you for being such a great friend to Mary and filling so many of her years with great memories. She loved to tell the stories.. and I loved to hear them.
When I went to see Mary to say goodbye, it took every ounce of energy she had, but she greeted me the very same greeting she has greeted me with every morning for the last 6 years, "Oh! HI NANC!"

Mary was always loyal and kind to her friends and Ed and I enjoyed dinners we shared with her and Tom when we were in Spokane. Mary will be missed by all whose lives she touched.

Mary, you and I met in 1968 and became  friends for life!  We met when I was just out the Air Force and you were graduated from Kinman Business College.

You were a major force in helping me achieve my college degree by assisting me with your accounting skills. After college you helped me write my first resume and secure my job at Otis Elevator. You continued to be a very stabilizing influence until your untimely passing.

One of the kindness things you did for me was to go to each of my doctors appointments with me and maintain my medical history and ask the doctor's questions I wouldn't have thought of.  Your generosity and support was invaluable. Also, one very kind thing you always did was to move into my home when I went on vacation and care for my dogs, Sadie and Millie.

You will always be present in my heart.

Mary - You were always ready with a smile and some kind words whenever needed. You were a wonderful source of positive energy. I enjoyed stopping by when my work permitted to say "Hi" and just catch-up with you. You are missed.

Mary - we cried together, we played golf together, we went to Kinman together and we laughed together as my bridesmaid at my wedding on July 23, 1972. You were the best friend to my Son, John and I.
