Robert Ray Dobbs, of Spokane, Washington, passed away August 12, 2016. He was born in Ephrata, WA, on December 31, 1946. Bob graduated from Oroville High School and received a certificate from Seattle Community College. He was married to Mak Cha Lei, on September 7, 1969. Bob worked 14 years in the United States Bureau of Reclamation as a Hydro Mechanic Boiler Maker. He was a member of the United States Army for 9 years. Bob was an avid Angler who spent time on countless fishing endeavors with his two sons. He loved professional boxing and couldn't get enough WWF and WWE. He is survived by wife Mak Cha Dobbs and sons: Robert Samuel Dobbs, Timothy Allen Dobbs and grandchild: Emelia Piper Dobbs.
