

Rosie was the "special of the day" at Casey's Restaurant on North Monroe for 42 years. Born Rosalie Hazel Brunner on April 28, 1925 in St. John, WA, Rosie lived 91 years, most recently in Portland, OR. She passed away June 15, 2016. Rosie was married 46 years to Del Brunner, who passed away in 1996. Rosie was the second oldest of five children, who all, except her older brother, Dough, are deceased. Edd and Hazel Rielly were her parents.
She is survived by three children, Carol Simpkins, Mike Brunner, and Sharon Brunner.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 23, noon-4 PM at Hazen & Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N. Monroe, Spokane, WA. Funeral services will also be at Hazen & Jaeger, Friday, June 24, 2016, 1:00 PM, followed by interment at Fairmount Memorial Park. A reception will follow at Moezy Inn Tavern, 2721 N Monroe.
