Salena Louise Rafn

She is survived by her loving parents, Joanne Ferguson (Clint Martell) and CJ Rafn; her mother-in-law, Mary Langlois; her sisters, Isabella Rafn, Avery Rafn, and Shelby Ferguson Martell; her grandparents, Luanne and Richard Ferguson (maternal) and Linda Rafn (paternal); her uncle, Rich Ferguson; her aunt, Latitia Jack; her children, Lily Langlois and Bubba (James) Langlois; and the father of her cherished children, James Langlois.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Christopher Rafn, Sr., and her sister-in-law, Wenzdae Langlois.

Salena took great pride in her work as a senior service technician at Valvoline Indian Trail. She was beloved by her fellow staff and shop patrons.

Salena passed away in her lifelong home of Spokane, Washington. She was a proud member of the Spokane Tribe of Indians. She attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

She was a lover of all animals, especially her dogs — Junior, Dottie, and Wiley — who will be laid to rest with her.

Salena loved the outdoors, spending time with her family, quoting her favorite movies, singing her favorite songs, working on auto mechanics, and appreciated art in all mediums. She had no fear. She was an excellent mother who poured love out to all beings who crossed her path.

Salena Louise Rafn was laid to rest, surrounded by her loved ones, on Friday, March 27, 2026. She will never be forgotten.
