Sherry L. Carter-Murphy, 66 the Lord took her into His amazing arms on August 18, 2012 in Spokane, WA. Sherry is loved by all and is survived by her soul-mate and best friend, Michael Jay Withrow; three daughters, Trudy Walker of Eugene, OR, Tammy Tande (David) of Shingletown, CA and Tina Lester (Shane) of Springfield, OR; step-daughter, Jennifer Raiche of Woodland, CA; two brothers, Eddie Murphy of Overland Park, KS and Rick Murphy of MO; two sisters, Sandy Hendersen of FL and Sue Doty of MO; six grandchildren, Abbey, Codey, Cooper, Parker, Kourtney and Sage; four great grandchildren; Hayden, Hannah, Kayden and Ryder and four step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Bobby Murphy and great granddaughter, Piper. Sherry loved traveling and long road trips across the Central and Western United States. She worked as a Med-Tech, for Touchmark Care Centers for the last six years, she was also a CNA since 1986. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley with Chaplain Manny Denning officiating.
