Victor N. Cooper, a loving husband of 57 years passed Feb 3, 2021. He is survived by his wife Joy, children Dwayne, Dennis, and Laura and numerous grand and great grandchildren. Victor, born in Rhinelander, WI, was a decorated Vietnam veteran who served 20+ years in the Air Force including time spent as part of the distinguished Prime Beef/Red Horse unit. He was a graduate of Whitworth University and an avid Fisherman.
