Always faithful, devoted husband and father Albert John Peura has passed on from this life to be with the Father on June 20th 2016, he is survived by his loving wife Dorothy Peura of 58 years, his son Albert Peura and daughters Sheryl Peura and Christine Bene. Grandchildren Rachael Grimley, Michael Grimley, Andrew Scialis, Michael C Bene, Connor Peura, William Wuestenhoefer and Elizabeth Bene. Albert was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on April 26th 1937 to Arnold and Jean Peura. He served in the Army as a Medic from 1956 to 1964 and married Dorothy on June 21, 1958. He was the owner of several businesses in the New England area and relocated to Hernando County, Florida in 1988 and built his lifelong dream of owning a full service car wash when he opened Spiffy Car Wash located on SR.50 in Brooksville. He and Dorothy sold the business after 18 years. Albert was also a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Francis Cabrini Parish earning the status of 4th degree and an active Church member up until his death.
