Bonnie Lee Lloyd

Bonnie Lee Lloyd, 81, of Brooksville, Florida was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, August 21, 2025. She was born in La Porte, Indiana to Donald and Martha Behrman. Bonnie married the love of her life Leslie J. Lloyd on October 3, 1963. Bonnie dedicated her life to caring for and teaching children. After many years as a daycare center director, she made the bold decision to return to school halfway through her life and proudly earned her college degree. She then began a teaching career that she cherished, inspiring and guiding countless students along the way. She was known for her kindness, professionalism, and dedication, she was deeply respected by colleagues and loved by her students. After retiring, Bonnie enjoyed the friendships she had built throughout her life. She will be remembered for her warm heart, her commitment to others, and the lasting impact she had on so many.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Leslie J Lloyd.

She is survived by her son James D Lloyd, daughter Melisa M Lloyd, grandchildren Kristen Lloyd Bussey, Nathan J Harvey, Rebecca L Harvey and Kevin Dority.

A celebration of life for Bonnie will be held Friday, September 5, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, Crematory and Cemetery, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609.
