Guy graduated from Clinton High School. He was married to Jerri Lynn on May 28th, 1966.
Guy had a career in engineering for Eldec and Krause. He had a passion for aviation and motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife Jerri McElroy, His Father Arthur McElroy, His children Guy McElroy Jr and Anthea McElroy, Grandchildren Brandon McElroy and Damon Weikleenget and Great-Granddaughter Hailey McElroy. Sisters Paulette Matalas and Patricia Carter. He is preceded in death by his Mother Beth Cunningham and his brothers Dennis & David McElroy.
