It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joshua Scott Budlove, beloved son, brother, husband, uncle, and friend, who was born on January 10, 1999, and departed this world on May 17, 2024. Joshua's love for his family was unparalleled, and his presence in our lives brought light and joy to all who knew him.
Joshua was the cherished son of Tracy and Scott Budlove, a devoted brother to Justin Pikorz, Ashley Budlove, and Faith Budlove. He found immense joy in being an uncle to his brothers children Avery, Weasley, Rory, Gage, Easton, and his sisters son Dakota. Joshua's passion for family extended to his role as a husband to Fatima Aljundai Budlove.
After graduating from Springstead High School, Joshua followed in his Dad's footsteps in the Marines before returning to Spring Hill to join his father and brother as a Project Manager at Astera. His work in building multi-family projects across Florida showcased his talent and dedication to his craft. He was on the brink of a significant promotion that would have seen him lead the Texas market, a testament to his skill and commitment.
In his free time, Joshua found solace in activities that brought him closer to his loved ones. Whether it was going shooting with his family, off-roading in his beloved Jeep, or hitting the gym for weightlifting sessions with his friends, Joshua lived life to the fullest. His bond with his father was unbreakable, his devotion to his mom was astonishing, his presence as a brother and uncle was unwavering, and his character was one to be admired by all.
The loss of Joshua has cast a shadow over our lives, and the world feels dimmer without his infectious smile and kind spirit. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts, and the impact he had on those around him will never fade.
Joshua Scott Budlove will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, strength, and compassion will live on in all those who were fortunate enough to have known him. Rest in peace, dear Joshua.
