Kenneth Lee Haehnel, 79, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on May 31, 2023.
He was born in Jackson Heights, New York on October 17, 1943. Kenneth graduated from Stuyvesant High School and went on to serve in the United States Airforce. He was then married to Suzanne Haehnel on April 1, 1978.
Kenneth worked as a CFI Instrument Flight Instructor, preformed in musical bands playing a variety of musical instruments. He also worked as a Tech Representative for Xerox, a large copier company.
Aside from the United States Airforce, Kenneth was also a Captain with the United States Civil Air Patrol. He also loved sailing in his spare time.
Kenneth is survived by his wife, Suzanne, his 2 sons, Hans and Tommy, and 3 granddaughters, Sara, Krista, and Emma.
A celebration of life for Kenneth will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Merritt Spring Hill Chapel, 4095 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, FL.
