She was born in Queens, NY on March 23rd, 1958. Marie dedicated many years to lovingly raising her children and supporting her family as a devoted wife, creating a warm and welcoming home filled with care. For many years, she worked as a cherished cafeteria worker for the New York Department of Education, where she formed lasting friendships and was loved by students and colleagues alike.
Her passion for cooking and baking was a true expression of her love—she found joy in bringing people together through food and in hosting family gatherings that created lasting memories. Always thoughtful and generous, she was the first to ask if anyone needed anything, constantly looking out for those around her. Her laughter was infectious, and she had a gift for sharing stories that made others laugh until they cried.
She is survived by her husband Valentino Iannino as well as her two children: Natalie Learn (Josh Learn) and Anthony Iannino (Alexandra Iannino) and six grandchildren: Jackson, Bennett, and Isla Learn and Serafina, Salvatore, and soon-to-be-born baby girl Iannino. She is also survived by her twin sister, Debbie Conigliaro, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who became family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
