Born in Elgin, Illinois on June 6, 1933, to Louis and Frances (Buck) Leone. She grew up in Carpentersville, Il, and went to Dundee High School. Married Robert Parrott on January 7, 1955. They had 50 wonderful years together with family, Thomas (Michelle) Parrott of Spring Hill, FL and Michael Parrott of Spring Hill, FL. Grandchildren Jessica Parrott, Ronnie Parrott, Great Grandchildren Shane Parrott. Sisters Olive Montonye, Ellen Pearson, Brothers John Leone, David Leone and many nieces and nephews.
Gone before her are her parents, husband Bob Parrott, son James Parrott, sister Virginia Burri, brothers Louie Leone and Charles Lampman.
Rose and Bob moved to Alabama in 1977 and owned a restaurant for 20 years before retiring in Spring Hill, FL.
She served on many committees at Jetty East Condominiums in Destin, FL. During her lifetime she made many close friends. She now joins Bob to be together forever.
