My condolences to the entire family. Rabbi Troodler was an awesome person with an amazing sense of humor. He will be sorely missed.

I just heard this news and I am so saddened by the loss of such a very special sweet man. Jeff made me laugh, he was always there during the good and not so good times and I am truly grateful that my grandson Brady had the good fortune of having Jeff as his Mohel. My heartfelt condolences to Meryl and family and to all of us who’s lives Jeff touched with that wonderful smile.

6. and LAST BUT NOT LEAST-Master Plumber!!

We used to joke that if you woke him up in the middle of the night and tell him there was an emergency, he would not know what set of tools to grab!

Only memories to celebrate a wonderful life well lived!

Dear Meryl, Nachi and Shlomo,
I feel like a part of my heart has been ripped away. Such a bright light was darkened with your loss.
I have so many great memories, since I have known all of you for 43 years.  I remember very well my babysitting days and the trip to Cape Cod when I was your mothers helper.  I got to attend the bar mitzvahs and weddings and watch your families expand. 
Of course my knowledge of the English language was always challenged when Jeff spoke. He was a walking dictionary. What a sense of humor and talented in so many areas. Then as I grew up and I became a mom , I got to personally see him in action as he performed my son's bris. 
Jeff will be missed by all who knew him but he most definately left his mark on many and the memories will live on through all those who he touched.
May his neshoma have an aliyah.

Dear Meryl, 
This is Kathy Gnazzo a fellow WW member.  I want you to know how very sorry I am about your loss.  I really liked Jeff.  He was sweet, smart, and insightful.  I used to lean over to my sister at the WW meetings and say, “That’s Jeff, he’s our philosopher!” Seriously, his input was never the usual thing, it was always much more.... it was about life and how we could all be better people.  In the last few weeks I inquired about him and you...I wondered where you both were.  I missed you both.  So, in the spirit of love and humanity that we all share I want to extend to you my deepest condolences.  May you take comfort from all those people who loved Jeff and knew what kind of man he was.

To Jeff’s wife and family,

Jeff always made our Tuesday evening 6 o’clock meetings fun and always taught us something interesting. Jeff brought much laughter thru insight and knowledge. (Like making vegetables sound fabulous.) I will forever connect Brussels Sprouts to Jeff and say a silent prayer  when it does....
