I always knew him as a quiet and humble man. But always had a kind word to say and he treated everyone with the same fairness and openness regardless of who you were. He will be missed.

Leo and I have been doing business together for many many years whenever I had a job in the USA. In the course of time I sometimes had the chance to see him when we did projects in the New York area. We pretty soon discovered that we could have phantastic talks on all kind of things in life and I always enjoyed the times I could spend with him. Leo was for me the most reliable business partner and a dear friend that I will never forget. I truely will miss his expertise, advice and our talks. I was sorry to learn of Leo's passing.

Leo and I met during the mid-90's through business and the television production industry.  As our business relationship grew, so did our personal friendship, and our love for model railroading. Over the years I enjoyed talking frequently with Leo, and getting together to share many fine meals.  

Leo was a great guy, who was kind enough to refer me a lot of work up in the Boston area.

When I got the news on Monday it was a shocker!  I was sorry that with prior commitments, and the travel that I was not able to attend the service.  But my heart, prayers, and our condolences go out to Gloria and their daughter.

Leo went young, and he will be sadly missed by all.

Leo was so kind and friendly and modest that I was always surprised to discover the huge role he'd played in our industry -- and I'd known and worked with him for more than 40 years.  It's possible that the "Live from Lincoln Center" series would have gotten on the air without him (and I refer to the 1970s, long before he arranged to put it on satellite), but I shudder to think of what it would have been like.  And, whenever we wanted to try something new -- live "Cinemascope" video, live "Cinerama" video, invisible cameras -- Leo would just smile and somehow offer all the necessary ideas and help and make it seem like it was our doing.

He never had a bad word to say about anyone or anything. I miss him so much!

I never had the opportunity to meet Leo in person, but I felt I really knew the man and what he stood for, through our conversations on the phone and the various broadcast projects that we were involved in over the past 12 years.  Leo was always a very kind and honest person, so it was always a joy to work with him on many satellite projects. It's hard to find great clients that shows loyalty, integrity and great customer service in the work that they do. Leo always displayed those qualities. I'm very saddened by the news of his passing and the satellite services industry has lost a great man. My condolences to all of his family and friends.

Leo was family. Though we didn't live nearby, we managed to get together pretty often.  We had a special friendship.  The 4 of us would go out to dinner and play cards afterward.  He was funny, he would move our seats around, so that he wouldn't have to sit next to me and I couldn't take his cards. He will be missed..

I was a kid who knew nothing about the film industry but, Leo gave me my first job at Camera Mart back in 71. Taught me a lot and we had some good times at the Christmas parties. He will sorely be missed. Thank you Leo for taking the chance.

My best friend, golf partner and someone I looked up to for his integrity. Gonna miss u a lot. His grandchildren should always know of his strenghts and standing in the video business for 45 years.  Never had a bad word to say about anyone. Definitely a glass half full guy. RIP bro
