Mrs. Libby Bay, of New York, New York, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2013, at her residence. Mrs. Bay was born on December 22, 1932, in the Bronx, New York. She was 80 years old. Services will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2013, 11:00 AM, at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, New York, with Cantor Postman officiating. Interment will follow at Jewish Community Center Cemetery, Brick Church Road and Route 306, New Hempstead, New York.
