Charles Douglas Goodman

Charles Douglas Goodman, age 80, of Springboro, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Doug was born June 30, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland. but grew up in Ohio. He graduated from Upper Arlington High School and then attended the University of Cincinnati before serving in the United States Navy on the USS Basilone. He then began his career in sales working for Campbell Soup, Hewitt Soap, and Jergens before retiring from Trillium Health. Doug loved to play golf and would play five days a week at Pipestone Golf Course. He also was an avid fan of the UC Bearcats, Reds, and Bengals. And he loved spending time at the Springboro Bark Park with his beloved Arnie.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents Jeanne Channell Goodman and James Sartorius Goodman and his birth father Charles Douglas Minnick. He is survived by his wife Sharon Ann Goodman (née Fischer), daughter Brooke Ann Goodman, son Todd Douglas Goodman, grandson Jacob Cade Luke, and sisters Jeanne Boin, Christine (Greg) Callison, and Denise (Glen) Thomson.
