

Anna Marcia Boles, 67, of Springfield, died at 7:25 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Memorial Medical Center. Marcia was born October 1, 1946 in Pekin, the daughter of Enrico H. and Maelta J. (Kincaid) Crociani. She married William I. Boles on December 22, 1972 in Bartonville; he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers-in-law, Roger Smith and David Hargrove. Marcia was a current member of Southern View Chapel. She and Bill were also charter members of Christ Bible Church in Creve Coure. She had lived in Springfield since 1982 and previously had lived in the Peoria area. She and Bill owned and operated Marcia's Kitchen, a family restaurant. She was employed by Horace Mann and received the President's Service Award in 1997. She enjoyed needle work, reading her bible, and cooking for her family, in whom she had instilled a love of the Lord. She is survived by three daughters, Anita (husband, Clarence) Davis, Elizabeth (husband, Daren) Jones, and JoAnna Boles (partner, Charles Robinson), all of Springfield; eight grandsons, Marshall, Micah, William, Jonas, Herb, Wesley, Dan, and Jacob; one granddaughter, Elaina; "Grandma" Betty Davis of Springfield; five siblings, Larry (wife, Barbara) Crociani of Waukegan, Pam (husband, Richard) Brubaker of Pekin, Jackie Hargrove of Peoria, Nancy (husband, William) Perry of Dallas, TX, and Norma (husband, Dennis) Biszan of Hallsville, MO; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Funeral Ceremony: 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, with Elder Gary Mings officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
