The daughter of Arch Myers and Bertha Cochran, she was born in Vandalia, MO., November 5, 1910. She married Michael J. Besso February 6, 1937,and he preceded her in death July 2, 1994.
She is survived by her daughter Sandra Ransdell (husband, John); three grandchildren, Diane Ransdell of Tucson, AZ, John P. Ransdell of Zurich, Switzerland, Elise Ransdell (husband, Edwin Holt) of Springfield;two great grandchildren, Tia and Ada Holt, and brother, J.D. Myers of Springfield. At her request a private burial was held at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
