Donald will be remembered as a hardworking, kind-hearted man who dedicated his life to his family and his craft. He spent his career in construction, taking great pride in his work and the life he built for those he loved. Above all else, Donald was a devoted father. His daughter, Olivia, was the center of his world and his greatest joy. Everything he did was rooted in his love for her.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Olivia Foster; Joey and Jaylon Handley, whom he loved as his own; and his loving companion, Angie Handley, all of Edinburgh. He is also survived by his sister, Jennifer (Mike) Coady of Sherman; his brother, Sean (Amber) Young of Fayetteville, North Carolina; and his cherished nieces and nephews, Jade and Damon Coady, and Sean Jr., Cayden, Isabelle, and Audree Young.
Donny was preceded in death by his parents, Maureen Sullivan and Donald Foster II; his maternal grandparents, William and Teresa Sullivan; and his paternal grandparents, Donald and Betty Foster.
He was a loyal Chicago Cubs and Bears fan who enjoyed the simple things in life—time with family, sharing stories, and being surrounded by loved ones. His quiet strength, sense of humor, and unwavering dedication to his family will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
