Edna S. Saunders

Edna was born in Brooklyn, New York, February 25, 1928 the daughter of Morris and Jeanne (Balkan) Seidenberg. She married Robert Saunders and he preceded her in death in 2001. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Allan Seidenberg.

Edna earned a Master’s Degree of English and taught for several years early in her career. She lived in the south Florida area since 1964. She was a member of Temple Israel.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary (husband Spencer White) Saunders, two grandsons; Mitchell and Ross White, a brother, Paul Seidenberg and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Levitt-Weinstein, Beth David Chapel with burial in Beth David Cemetery, Hollywood, Florida.

Edna’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to all of the Doctors, Nurses, caregivers and friends, for their compassion and support.
