Edra Daubard, 61, of Springfield, passed away at 1:05 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at St. John's Hospital Hospice. Edra was born November 10, 1949, the daughter of Oris and Edna McDonald Kitchens. Edra was a 1968 graduate of Williamsville High School and began attending nursing school in 1969. She retired in 2006 from St. John's Hospital after 27 years of service. Edra enjoyed fishing, going to the movies and out to eat with her best friends, Elvis, music and classic cars. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Erica Daubard of Springfield; brother, Mike (Dawn Holmes) Kitchens of Lincoln; and several aunts and cousins. Cremation will be accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. A memorial ceremony will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
