

Mr. Harbour is survived by three daughters: Melissa Smith of Springfield, Christine (Steve) Heichen of Fort Lauterdale, FL., and Janet (Wesley) Howard of Pawnee, one brother Kenneth Harbour, one sister Bonnie Snyder, eleven grandchildren: Tara Barton, Gianna, Justine, Raymond, Isabella and John Orsi Jr., Nick Harbour, William “Cody” and Kieley Smith and Genesis and Wesley Howard, six great-grandchildren, one niece and several nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-father William Dickey and his daughter Stacey Harbour.
Everett served in the US Marine Corp and worked for the State of Illinois Division of Central Management Services as a truck driver. He was a Scottish Rite Mason, a member of ANSAR Shrine and a member of the Midwest Racing Association serving as treasurer. Everett served as a precinct committeeman and was a member of the Sangamon County Evening Republican Club.
A funeral service will be held at 12:30pm on Friday December 22, 2017 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 East Allen Street, with burial to follow at Horse Creek Cemetery in Pawnee. The family will meet friends from 10:30am until the time of service Friday at Bisch and Son.
