
Georgia Ann Wysocki, 60, of Springfield, died at 8:06 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at her home. Georgia was born June 9, 1953 in Peoria, the daughter of Anthony and Barbara Nadasdy Wysocki. Georgia was a 1971 graduate of Ursuline Academy and earned her bachelor's in English from Illinois State University. She worked for the United States Postal Service for over 15 years in the business mail department, and was a former Xerox employee. Georgia collected porcelain dolls and enjoyed embroidering. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by one brother, David Wysocki (companion, Rita Jean Harsh) of Bloomington; two aunts, Dort and Fran Nadasdy; one uncle, George Nadasdy; three nieces and nephews, Michael (wife, Carrie), Rebecca, and Stephanie Wysocki, all of Springfield; five great nieces and nephews; several cousins; and many special friends, including Betty and Butch. Cremation will be accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center prior to ceremonies. Memorial Gathering: Family will receive friends from 10:30-11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. Memorial Ceremony: 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, with Celebrant Judy Woerner officiating. Private family burial will be held.
