He was born on February 28, 2026, in Springfield, IL.
Though Jaseel’s time was brief, he brought immense joy and love to his family. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by those he touched.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Wilson; sister, Lebreah Hatchett; and one uncle.
Jaseel is survived by his parents, Marcus and Khadijah; aunts, Brandy and Tammy Wilson, Shanqua Perry, and Kia Evans; uncles, Daniel Wilson, David Dixon, and Mickel Simmons; paternal grandmother, Deborah Wilson; maternal grandmother, Angie Wilson; siblings, Jazmin Wilson, Jallah (Jonathan) Davis, and Jael, Nyles, Jayden, Marce, Kahliya, Brandon, Marcus, Rashaad, Bryson, Lacari, Posha, Khalil, and Khareem Wilson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.
