Keagan was born in St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, MO December 7, 2024 the son of Heather Williams and Kendall Lee Roach. He immediately stole the heart of all who met him.
He is survived by his parents, his grandparents; Shelly Shepherd, Ronald Roach and Janet Williams, his six sisters: Taylor Roach, Jade Roach, A'myriah Roach, Haley Hill, Alexis Hill, Jenna Hill, his brother, Erik Hill, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private family services were held.
