He was born on February 17, 1964, the son of the late James Monroe and Martha Ann (Caskey) Peratt.
Kevin worked as a cashier at Qik-n-EZ in Springfield.
He is survived by his sister Laura (husband Mike) Blankenship of Springfield; a niece Jenny Danna of Springfield; a great-niece Julia Danna of Springfield; and 2 great-nephews, Cody Prosperini of New York, NY and Logan Blankenship of Salt Lake City, UT.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew Michael Blankenship.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, Springfield. No services are scheduled. Per his wishes, cremation rites were accorded.
