Michael Disco, 97, of Springfield, died at 1:24 a.m. on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at St. John's Hospital. Michael was born August 22, 1915, the son of Harry and Anna Dupitch Disco. Michael was self-employed as a farmer and also co-owned Disco Brothers TV and Stereo. He proudly served in the Army and was a W.W. II veteran. He loved fishing and woodworking. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wesley, George, Harry, and John Disco; a sister, Pauline Disco; a nephew, Vincent Disco; and three nieces, Anna Schleyhan, Rita Wright, and Rose Ann Hensey. He is survived by one sister, Mary Price of Concord, California; one brother, James Disco of Springfield; several nieces and nephews.
