Patricia A. Ratterree, 69, of Springfield, died at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2007 at St. John’s Hospital. Patricia was born on January 30, 1938 in Springfield, the daughter of August C. and Marcella E. Bonner Sperl. She was employed as a Systems Analyst with Horace Mann for thirty-two years until her retirement in 2000. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: James Sperl and Robert Sperl. She is survived by one daughter: Wendy Ratterree of Mason City, Illinois; one son: Kevin (wife, Iryna) Ratterree of Springfield; one granddaughter: Katia A. Ratterree of Springfield; one brother: Rev. August J. Sperl of Virden, Illinois; two sisters: Sr. Augusta Sperl, O.S.F. of Springfield and Lucille (husband, Willard) Kuchar of Springfield and several nieces and nephews. Cremation accorded by Butler Cremation Tribute Center, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield. The family of Patricia A.
