Richard R. Rice

Rick was born in Springfield, December 19, 1950 the son of Earl and Dorothy Kaiser Rice both of whom preceded him in death. He married Nancy J. Ward December 10, 1993.

He was an Electrician and was retired from I.B.E.W. Local #193. He enjoyed camping, traveling, gardening and trips to Cabo San Lucas. He loved NASCAR, Rams Football and Cardinal Baseball.

He is survived by his wife Nancy; son, Randy(wife, Danielle) Rice of Champaign; daughter, Rachel Rice of Fort Campbell, KY.; brother, Ron ( wife, Deniece) Rice of San Francisco, CA.; step daughters, Angela(husband, Kurt) Garlo of Divernon and Amber Elliott; five grandchildren, Sierra, Destiny, Joshua, Dylan and Brendyn; one niece, one nephew and several cousins.

Cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
