Stella Ellen Briddick, 93, of Springfield died at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2004 at Sangamon Care Center. Stella was born February 10, 1911 in Pawnee, the daughter of Stanley and Josephine Yakst Briddick. She was employed as a clerk in retail sales. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by several cousins. Private Graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery with Rev. Msgr. Patrick J. Wright V.F. officiating. The family of Stella Ellen Briddick is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home.
